possibility #2 outfit--thoughts?

The jacket I posted earlier as a possibility for this skirt is bothering me too.  What about this?


 


 this sweater this skirt


It is hard to see in the pic of the skirt but it has the exact color in it that the dark gray sweater is.


And...this pair of red maryjanes. They look much better in person. 



If you like this outfit, I have three questions.  If you don't like it--please help--this skirt is driving me crazy. 


1) the sweater is jones new york--what is their sizing like?


2)  should I wear tights and if so what color?


3) should I wear a small belt around the waist of the sweater or not--I wonder if the neck tie will compete with a belt?

nevermind...I just can't stomach spending $108 on a sweater.
