Where to find Blk Patent Wdges sz 5 in NYC

Ok ladies, I"m having a major shoe emergency. I am leaving for NYC this Wednesday for a wedding in the Berkshires on Sunday 10/8, I"ve got everything except the shoes. I've looked everywhere! Every single website I could think of, hit all locals malls, and dept stores, no luck! Ugh..I need wedges b/c it's for a garden wedding...So I can't use others, or my heels will get stuck in the ground.


I have not been able to find a pair of black patent wedges in a size 5. At this point I will have to buy some while in NYC but I'm taking a huge gamble if I don't find any. Could any NYC ladies point me in the right direction as to where I could find a pair when I'm there. I don't want to run allover town and not find any. I will be staying with a friend in midtown Manhattan till Saturday and then heading to the wedding location Sat in the pm.

there's a shoe store right by bloomingdales uptown that specializes in small feet- sizes 4-6 i think. the name is escaping me but i'll try to figure it out for you.

twinkle, i think i know the store you're thinking of!  i was just going to post a similar message to yours: the name escapes me, but it's on second avenue between 59th and 60th streets (i think) and specializes in fitting small feet.  littlelatina, i'll do a search and see if can find the store name and number so you can call ahead and see if they have the kind of shoe you're looking for.

you're welcome!  unfortunately, i haven't been able to find the store listing so far.  it's frustrating because i just walked past it last week and can visualize it.  i think the name starts with a G, and it's definitely on the east side (right hand if you're walking north/uptown) of the street.  i'll keep trying!

I'm not from NY and I don't know what store they are talking about. I searched a little and I found a store that specializes in small feet that starts with the G.
