my design is on manhole covers...

I designed a logo for a collective utility authority a bajillion years ago when I was in high school - I just found out that they are now using the logo on all the manhole covers in Southern Clinton county in Michigan.  My claim to fame - my design in cast iron gracing all sewage lines in the area...


you can tell I designed it in HS (this is the best pic they had on their site):


 


anyway - I found this quite hilarious...

no - logo designers never get any credit  besides, they've been using the logo for 20 years or so - the manhole covers are a new application though.
