UPS just dropped off my NN order (record time for NN delivery). So, I was initially pleased... Every thing was looking good until I read the fiber tag on this sweater:

The freaking tag reads ramie and acrylic! I'm pissed! I would have never ordered it knowing this. I'm calling and complaining and expect free return shipping because they misrepresented their item.  Just thought I would share in case anyone was considering it.

They suck. I called and complained about something once and they agreed to give me free shipping - but then they charged me a $6 "return fee." I hate them.

just got off the phone with them - and here's a tidbit of info for not getting charged the $5.95 return shipping (shhhh!) they told me to put "04" in the circle on the return label... let's cross our fingers and see if that goes off without a hitch...

if that happens to me, I'll be right on the phone with them to reverse it.


the angora tube and shrug are super cute - so I'm happy with that at least...
