The heel completely snapped off of my red kitten-heeled Marc by Marc Jacobs shoes. They're about a year old, but I don't wear them more than 1-2 times per month, so they have been worn less than 20 times. My sister had a pair of M by MJ shoes that broke, too -- the star applique came right off of both shoes after she'd worn them 3-4 times. I didn't pay full price, but I don't think I ever will. I am getting them fixed, but still...
