I think if you're just finishing up, you should be okay. You could call in the morning and ask, but I've been at the end of my period a couple times and it wasn't really a problem. I've heard that it can make your pap smear a little less reliable, though.

Mine advises me not to come if I'm on my period. I was told it can hinder the results - like they can't get a good reading and sometimes can be a cause of abnormal paps. I'd reschedule if I were you.

ditto. i just had to reschedule mine because of the same reason.
