i would try forever 21 (and if you have, i'd give it another shot) - they definitely don't cater only to a teeny bopper. the new stuff for fall is nice and prices can't be beat.

Your not alone! I'm 5'4" and not sure if I even weigh 100 pounds. Finding clothes is quite difficult, I wish I could be a size 6. What kind of clothes are you looking for? I find things at American Eagle, the quality is pretty good. They are good for a variety of items that isn't "teen".

Also, Bluefly.com has plenty of discounted designer goods in small sizes at good prices, so I check there once in a while.

While I cannot fit into pants at Jcrew or Banana Republic, the tops in XS fit nice. I go to the outlet since the prices are nicer or look at the sale section on the website.

The AE jackets are cute. I'm looking for tops mostly but a little bit of everything. I've always had bad luck with online shopping. I really need to try stuff on.
