I thoroughly enjoyed tonight's show.  It was,  by far, my favorite of this season.  I thought everyone did an awesome job.  I Toby - he's awesome.  Ryan was AWESOME!  Magni and Lukas were both great.  If I have to pick the weakest, the two for me were Storm and Dilana.  I think Storm did a good job though.  I actually thought Dilana's was the weakest of the night, and almost fell out of my chair when he said her's was his favorite perfomance of both season - um no!


I also thought it was strange for Jason to rag on Ryan's performance.  I don't get what he was talking about.


Ok, off to vote now!

I luv him. But I know he's not right for Supernova.  This was a weird week for me. I normally like Dilana, but she got on my nerves this week. I am starting to get bored with her, b/c it doesn't seem like she evolves her performances at all. She has great stage presence, but I am just "meh" about her now. I normally find Lukas and Storm unremarkable, but I liked them last night. I didn't think Storm's performance was great, but she did a good job with her song, which was wrong for her voice IMO. I didn't like the fans' picks for their songs; they were all very predicatble and (except for Storm) not really different than what they usually do.


I still say they'll pick a guy. And do you notice that the only 2 women left have low singing registers? I think their songs are written for lower voices.


Anyway, my new order of preference is Magni, Lukas/Toby (even), Dilana, Storm


Anyone know what's going on next week? Are they eliminating more than 1 person? The season finale is in 2 weeks...


And this is totally OT and I may have mentioned it before, but does Brooke Burke annoy anyone else? I used to like her, but I can't stand her little "rock" outfits on this show, and I hate the way she says "rockers."

First of all, I was so sad to see Ryan go, but I didn't like the way he handled being booted.  His response was a little cocky IMO.  But I was shocked.  I think Storm deserved to go.  I can't stand those faces she makes and she is just screaming for attention


I am totally w/you Halleybird - I definitely think they will choose a guy.  I've thought that all along.  You girls know I've never been all that impressed w/Dilana.  I thought she was awful tonight.  She forgot words!  That's the 2nd time she's done that and they let her slide.  I don't see her evolving at all either


Oh and yeah, Brooke really annoys me too!  I know she doesn't pick her outfits - but they are so lame!  And she sounds so cheesy the way she talks!


I still want Toby to win.  I him and think he's got good stage presence.  But, I could also see Lukas winning - he's got the look/attitude they are looking for.

My husband loves Toby too.


And I agree about Ryan's speech -- not very classy. But since his next gig will be as the lead singer in Halleybird's Band O'Love, I will let it slide.


Poor Brooke B. I just think she's an odd choice as a host for this show, and I thought so last time either. I realize they wanted a hot girl, but I just don't associate her with rock 'n roll at all. I hate when she says "rrrrrrrockers!"

I missed last night's show, but glad Ryan is out - I really wasn't a fan (sorry!) I am sorry I missed his send off - sounds intriguing! I think its down to Magni and Dilana, I think she is a strong contender. Toby is the dark horse though. Did you all notice on Tuesday that he had a lot more make-up on.... I thought that was very interesting. Maybe Lukas has been giving him tips... Hah! I think Lukas might be the surprise upset, but my money is on Dilana. I think she'll give them the edge they want. Storm is a waste of time, but I think they are keeping her on for the hell of it.

Anyone going to buy tickets to see Supernova? Also, y'all know that Brooke Burke is preggers right? I think her clothing choices are to hid the baby bump. Also notice they rarely shoot her full-length and remember a few eps back that she went and sat with the guys.... probably b/c she was tired/nauseous, etc. Hah hah!

There's no way I'd buy tickets to see Supernova.  From the 3 songs I've heard them perform, I can tell I'm not going to like them.  Their music sounds pretty cheesy to me.  I also think it's kind of stupid to put tix on sale before we even know who the singer will be!


My pick for the final 3 are:  Toby, Lukas, and Dilana.  But I don't think they'll pick a girl to win, so I'm guessing either Toby or Lukas.
