How did everyone do this weekend?  It's getting easier for me to cut out all the crap (I have such a sweet tooth) so I did pretty well and managed to stay in my points range on both days.

E:  five mile run.  I'll do abs tonight.

B:  yogurt (1), oatmeal (2), and entirely too much coffee.  I'm on my last cup...I really need to be drinking water instead.

L:  chicken breast (3), WW english muffin (1), 100 cal cheetos (2)

S:  string cheese (1).  maybe popcorn (2).

D:  will edit.

B: oj/water concoction (watered down oj basically)

S: 15 peanuts

L: 1/3 leftover cheese enchilada; 1/2 leftover tostada; 1/4 cup beans and rice

D: dunno yet

E: spin class over lunch (yay me!)

FYI, I'm starting a new diet today. It's something called Naturally Slim that seems pretty cheesy but my friend around 50 pounds on it in about 7 months. Basically you eat whatever you want but in much smaller portions. It gives you tips and tricks on how to draw out meals so that your stomach catches up to your brain and you eat less. It also encourages you to drink the oj/water mixture when you think you're hungry, just to make sure you're actually hungry and not craving water (something I've heard elsewhere also). So far I've eaten less today than I normall would but I feel just as full and a lot lighter, if that makes sense. We'll see how well my willpower holds up!

Tati, it's the 100 cal bag.  You're right, the bigger ones are 4.

I hope this is okay but I switched to low/no carb this week (I did terribly this weekend-let me just say it was my son's birthday and we had ice cream, birthday cake and pizza!)...

Breakfast:

Eggs (o carbs)

Lunch:

Chili (6 carbs)

Dinner:

2 Pieces sausage (2 carbs or so)

Snack:

String cheese

Drank tons of water (some with the no carb, no sugar, no fat Crystal Lite Fruit Punch)

We'll see how this goes.  One thing is for sure-I'm not hungry at all but cutting out all the caffine is killing me!
