I've been looking for another bag for a lonnng time, but can't usually find one that fits what i'm looking for- good for day + night, not too slouchy or structured, not too trendy or cheesy, goes over shoulder, vintagey looking, not over $400, not too many details or too brand noticeable...well, i saw this, and i think i really like it.  Thoughts?  Also, has anyone seen it somewhere w/a code?  Its $400.
