I can't get the image of me as an 8 year old in 1993 living in turtlenecks out of my head. I don't really care for it...I think the silver dots are too shiny and the whole thing is too young looking.

i kind of like the idea of it, and would probably like it better in a different color or if the polka dots were bigger or something.

well I don't see much wrong with it if you are putting it under the first shirt since only a little bit will be showing. I am against wearing it alone with jeans or leggings but under a shirt or jacket should be cute. If its under $20 I say go for it. Over $20 I might rethink it.
