Anyone tried these? Looks like they could be worked with for fall. Opinions??

Isaac Mizrahi Garden Dress - Ebonyi tried this one on.  i didn't like it at all.  i had to size down 2 sizes and it was still to wide in the shoulders.  the waiste is higher than it shows in this picture and it looks really cheap.  it is just all around unflattering.

This dress looks so nice on you. I went today to target to find these dresses and they didnt have a single one of them at my nearest target. I will go to another on my next day off. I really wanted to try them on because sometimes with target my sizing can range up or down a size- and wanted to see the fabric as well. If dont find any I am at least going to order this dress online, because I can really see myself wearing this dress alot. I will just order my regular size and hope for the best.
