Man, they rock !


I bought my Jocasi Lombak from them - regular price is $425 and they had it on sale for 50% off at $212.50.  I received it and noticed that the hang tag on the bag had a 70% off sticker on it and emailed CS about it.  They are putting the extra $85 back on my card, no questions asked!  My $425 bag cost me $127!


I ordered last Friday, and even though I missed the cutoff for same-day processing, someone made sure it got out that day anyway.


Awesome.  Totally awesome.  I highly recommend!
