8/17 Diet & Exercise

I don't have meals planned for the day so I'm going to have to edit this later. 


E:  4 miles on the treadmill.  I want to run the Chicago Marathon next October and this was my first day of Schedule 1 Mileage Buildup.  If anyone else wants to train, I'd love support...you have over a year to get ready so it's a great long term goal.  (6 activiy pts)


B:  McD's fruit and yogurt parfait, small coffee (3 WW pts)



S: 100 cal popcorn (2 pts)

L: Turkey sandwich (4 pts)

D: CPK white pizza (6 pts), frozen cherry limeade (1 pt), light tostitos and salsa (1 pt)

Yay! I did so much better today :)

D: chicken sausgae (2) on a lbun (2) with onions and peppers. baked onion rings (5). salad (0)

I will add later too - I have no plan, but DH is out of town until Sunday night, so at least I can fumble food for a few days & not have to fed someone else too!

B: 3 oz chicken - 2 pts, grits - 2 pts = 4 pts
S: WW choc cake - 1 pt
L: ham sandwich - 4pts (ham 1, cheese 1, bread 1, mayo 1)
S: 6 black olives - 1 pt (can you believe that???)
D: 4 drumsticks - baked - no skin - 4 pts + edamame - 4 pts = 8 pts
Wine - man I needed it today - 8 pts - yes I know that is a lot! But have you SEEN a 4 oz glass of wine for 2 pts? It's like a freaking sip!

26 pts total - my target is 24 - but I will take 2 of my flex for that.

I will also be concentrating on my water consumption since I've gotten really bad about it. I need to cut back on the dt cokes & up the water. - drank 5 glasses water so far, 2 dt cokes, so I'm on my way to drinking all of this freaking water!

the CPK pizza is ONLY 6 WW pts!? Is that AT CPK or a frozen one?
