Not sure if anyone is interested, but I am at fashion week for my store, and I wanted to post the trends for resort (Jan/feb) 2007.

Colors:

Navy Blue (You will see it EVERYWHERE)
Red
Coral
Lavender
Pale Blue

Styles:

Shirtdresses
Jersey knits (like rachel pally)
Pencil Skirts
Straight leg jeans (not skinny)
Dresses, Dresses, More dresses. ( I almost had to force myself to stop buying them today, because there were so many)

Most of the items are less 80's , I would call the look that is coming back "vintage". Tons of vintage inspired prints (like japanese flowers, polka dots)

Accessories:
ROSE GOLD - Everywhere.
CUFF BRACLETS --- oh so many pretty ones!
Long neckalaces (38" or longer)
Novelty belts (Funky buckles, colors like red, plum , navy)


Those are the most predominant trends I have seen so far.

I am so excited! Love these colors! I am so into navy right now and I love red and coral.


Styles: Shirtdresses I just bought a shirtdress today, its so cute.

Dresses, Dresses, More dresses.  I just started wearing more skirts so now I'm trying to move into dresses too.

Wow...it sounds like my closet is totally prepared for the next set of trends...that's awesome! I have statement pieces in a lot of those colors/prints/silhouettes so I'm very very excited.
