can I make this skirt work

Iam cleaning out my closet.  Can I make this short skirt work for fall with tights/boots and of course the right shirt? I am not sure about it b/c its shorter than what Iam used too and well iam not in my 20's  in more  I only have worn it twice but that was about 2 yrs ago. I think you can make it work too. You can go for a mod look with a black turtleneck, opaque black tights and boots.
