I hate to say it, but I think that I'm in the market for some leggings!

I just got this dress in the mail from Shopbop:

I like it a lot! I'm not sure if anyone else has had this experience with Rachel Pally or just other things that they've bought, but the fit and style is so different from what I normally wear, it will just take a little bit of getting used to. It's quite tight in the hip area. I think I'll be nervous the first time I wear the dress. I can see it looking awesome over opaque tights with heels or even bare-legged, but I'd also like to wear it and not be super-vampy with leggings or jeans and flats. I think it would look good that way. In looking for leggings online, they all seem to be so expensive for something that seems like it should cost next to nothing!! Anyhow have relatively cheap leggings that they would recommend that are opaque and long-ish?

I can't believe I'm joining the trend!!!!

The 80's are back and kickin', eh?

I've seen a bunch of leggings everywhere. Marshalls and TJ Maxx have a ton for under $10 right now. Urban has some footless tights that are kind of cool right now, also.

American Apparel, Urban, and Target would be my suggestions.

I have to say though, the ultimate is to get some Rachel Pally leggings to go with the dress.

Old Navy has nice ones for $12.50 - I just bought a gray pair, and Gap has great black and brown ones for under $20.
