Do I look OK in this? I've always wanted a destroyed Abercrombie mini but I'm no longer in school so I figure I should grow up at least a little. This one is from the Gap...it's the one featured in all the denim ads and I jumped through hoops to get it.
Cute, it would look adorable with tights. I have one from J Crew that I love and I'm waaaaaayyy out of HS and still wear it and I know you are much younger then me. Go for it.

I think that it is ok. Do you have another denim mini? If so, I guess I would return it unless it is different enough to justify keeping it. If not, I guess it all depends on how much you would wear it.
I am going to sell the denim mini I had on ebay (it's from French Connection) because it's shorter than this one.
I'm going to return it...it's nice and all and I probably should like it because destroyed denim minis are sort of a classic uniform in LA. It's just that the more I try to think of outfits for it, the more I realize that I'm not a denim miniskirt kind of girl.
I prefer a denim mini to be looser and more casual. When you get it tight it tends to long young and make you look larger than you actually are.
So although I think it is cute, I think it would be a lot cuter if you sized up one size. It wouldn't be quite as snug to your legs and would give off the casual California vibe.
