Hi girls! I haven't been around lately, and I feel bad "stopping in" for an opinion, but could really use the help! My best friend is hard to shop for, and I think these shoes are beautiful, but not sure she'll agree. Majority says ... ?

She's definitely not mainstream, but her taste is hard to pinpoint. She has a knack for making things that I would think of as frumpy, somehow cool. On the other hand, sometimes things that I think are totally awesome (like these shoes) she finds hideous. It's totally unquantifiable to me. And bizarre, since she and I are really alike in many, many ways.
