I went shopping for a baby gift today and came home with these red hilary radley shoes:

and these teal franco sarto's.

Do you think I should keep them.  Both were on sale and the red ones were just over $50 and the teal were about $45 Cdn.  If I keep them, I'm not sure what to wear them with other than black and white and maybe the red ones with brown.


They also felt really nice at the store but feel snug now that I'm at home.  I have 90 days to return them so I guess I can try them a few times to make sure it is just that my feet are a bit puffy from the heat (Its about 30 Celcius today).


Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I love those teal ones.  You have to keep them.  I think you could wear them with winter white or brown also.

I would keep the teal ones and wear it with cream, black, red, or purple.

I have some similar teal shoes and I've found them to be amazingly versatile...definitely keep them!

I love both. The red would look great with white, any neutral, grey. The teal would go with almost anything, you have a ton of options. Keep them if they end up fitting properly!

Thanks everyone.  I've been thinking about my fall/winter wardrobe.  I have a black cocktail dress with beading that I think the teal would go with as well as a grey/black/teal silk chiffon dress.  I also have a black suit that would work with either, grey pants, a black and white boucle skirt, and a chocolate brown skirt for the red and a pair of deep purple pants that might go too.  I will try them on again tomorrow and make sure my feet were just swollen from the heat. 


I also plan to buy a plain black wrap dress with 3/4 or full length sleeves for the colder months and it would go well with either.


I am a bit surprised.  For some reason, I thought the red would be more of a hit than the teal.  The teal reminds me of a deep red pair with a black bow that was posted earlier this week.  I really liked those ones too.

I love the teal heels I have been looking all over my little area(town) for some.Please share where you got them. I hope to track some down to wear with my new black top. If you dont mind me asking what size do you wear? I could take them off of your hands if you decide not to keep them

Thanks Kaykay.  I usually wear an 8.5 but these are an 8.  I am in Canada and bought them at the Bay.  They did have a few other sizes in stock but I'm not sure whether they have an online store or not.

the red pair is alright IMO but the teal pair is absolutely adorable! from the pics it looks like they fit your feet great. you should keep them!

The teal are Franco Sarto and the red are Hilary Radley.  I picked up a pair of chocolate brown pants and a brown military style jacket with metal buttons at Mexx today.  Also got a deep teal faux wrap top and a lightweight cream v-neck sweater.  I think the cream/brown will be great with the red and the teal with the teal shoe.  I also have a print skirt with browns and pinks that should work with the jacket.  Is there any way I could wear the red shoe with this?  Or should I try to find a pair of brown either in my closet or elsewhere? 


Also, I was thinking a pink or cream soft sweater with this but are there other better options?
