nothing too expensive/fancy, but I love anything aubergine, fur is going to be big again for fall/winter so the calf hair is a nod to that look, and I like the shape and leather embellishments - this is one of the nicer marc by marc jabobs bag designs I've seen.  the zipper snaps down onto the body of the bag too - otherwise I wouldn't have bought it.  it's also not so ginormous (I just don't have that much stuff to carry around!) plus, I had a 10% off code I won... I can see me going for this bag a lot in the cold of winter

I like it.  I like that it looks like a designer bag (meaning it looks well-made and beautiful) but it's not instantly recognizable because it's been seen on a million celebrities, you know?  Your new Fendi is like that too.  Man, you have great taste in bags!
