Try Express and Target. I cant' seem to find photos, but I have red belts from both those places.

I don't know how much you would like it, or if you are looking for something more traditional, but I saw a red patent leather belt at New York and Company yesterday. Way under $50. I didn't look through the others, so they may have a different red one, they have a pretty big belt selection.

I found a really cute one at H&M. It's not real leather, but it was only $9.50. It's medium width and looks so cute in my belt loops and over shirts. I love it!
