Meet Zooey. My new Toyota Yaris liftback. She gets nearly 40 miles to the gallon & is my long awaited new car. I turned my Acura in 1 1/2 years ago to drive a free piece of crap in the name of paying down debt & being responsible. Now I have this - semi responsible, semi fun! I love her so much. She is so little she is huggable!!!!!! That is my hubby driving her off to work today - since I work from home the plan is for him to take it on those days. He traded his gas guzzling sports car (14 miles to the gallon on PREMIUM) for me to get her - beyond sweet & also responsible! Our gas bill will go down at least $200 a month. I haven't even asked about insurance yet but that will be in a few. So say HI ZOOEY!

Zooey really does look so cute, and huggable!!!! I've always liked smaller cars, so I can whip in and out of traffic and parking spaces. LOL I know what you mean about gas-guzzlers, Joe has a truck w/an 8-cylinder engine, and it SUCKS on gas mileage! 40 mi./gal - that's just GREAT!!! I wonder how much my car gets, you've got me thinking....LOL

She's awfully cute!  You guys made a really smart decision and one that will probably save you a ton of money in the long run. 


Zooey looks a lot like my husband's car.  He has a Toyota Echo, which I think they replaced with the Yaris, and he looooooooooooooves it.  It's small, but it holds a surprising amount of stuff, and it gets great gas mileage.  Can't ask for more than that!

Hi Zooey!  She's so cute and I love her too.  My cousin drives a Prius and I love that one too, but Zooey is more my speed (and probably my price range too!)
