Hylexin for dark circles?
Permalink Closed

has anyone tried this stuff?  I've seen it a lot in dept. stores.  Curious to know if it does anything at all because I am very skeptical of all eye creams.  I have dark circles that need to go!  Should dark circles be happening at 26?!?!?  Help and TIA!!

I have serious dark circles - and I am 27, so I can relate.  I have been using Hylexin for ~ 1 month now and I have noticed a slight improvement in the dark circles, but not as much as I hoped.  The sales person did however say that it takes up to 3 months to see improvement.  Also, the way hylexin works is an additive effect.  Thus, once you start taking it you really cannot forget a day and you must continue taking it.  This can get expensive at $100 a tube (a tube should last 3 months).

In the past, I have had pretty much the same results with the Lancome eye cream Renergie Eye, which is ~$60 for a 3 months supply.  After my Hylexin runs out, I am going to return to this cream.

I have pretty bad dark circles and this product didn't really make that dramatic of a difference for me.
