I want to say TTS; My size now seems to be a 5, and if they had had that size in these, those would've fit also (got 5.5 and there's about .5" extra room....Not too horrible though).

They are fairly narrow, but I find that to be true of a lot of SM shoes.

They got here REALLY fast; They shipped on Thursday/Friday and I just got them today! Oh, and I ordered them last Wednesday
