Tunic/Dress Dilemma

Over the weekend, I purchased a tunic/dress sorta at a boutique (that only gives store credit with returns):



The only difference is the one I bought has a deep V-neck.


Anyway, I tried it on and it looked cute as a shorter dress. But the SA said it was actually a tunic. I bought it anyway.


When I got home I tried it on and decided maybe it is a little short to wear as a dress.


What should I do?


* return for store credit


* try to work it with leggings, pants or cuffed denim capris


 


HELP.

I think it depends on how much you love it and how much wear you can get out of it.  If the whole tunic look over jeans or leggins doesn't appeal to you or you won't wear it often I say go back and get store credit and find something else you will love and wear more.

It doesn't really sound like you like the idea of it as a tunic..so, i'd probably return for store credit.
