What would you wear?

I am going to a wedding in a couple of weeks. It's on a boat.  A three hour cruise.  Someone my DH works with so I don't really know them.  It's at noon.  Should I assume it's casual since it's in the middle of the day?  Semi-formal? Formal?  What in the world do I wear?  What would you wear? FYI- it's in Newport Beach so it will probably be warm considering it's June.

I'd probably wear a dressy sundress.  I think formal or semiformal might be to dressy for a noon wedding.

I like the sundress idea, and I think polka dots would be cute, for some reason. Playful, but sophisticated.
