Help!  My lips need major repair.  For some reason, even after continuously applying chapstick, my lips are always dry and "wrinkly looking".  I have tried the Avon lip treatment with the scrub and moisturizer, but it did nothing.  Any suggestions?!  TIA!

when i had super-chapped lips, i used vitamin a&d every night before bed. a&d ointment is used to relieve diaper rash in babies. you can get it in the baby aisle. it works like a charm in cold Northeast winters.


i'd recommend one of kiehl's tinted lipbalms during the day or c. o. biegelow mentha lip shine.
