I like it too but last time I got it, I burned my fingers so badly on the container that I went with Campbells soup this time. It was very good also. I like lentil soup. It's one of the few soups I can eat with not much else and be quite full for a few hours. I'll have to try it with some meatballs next time (I like the meatless and the turkey meat variety - both are yummy and plain old fun to eat).

Oh and just an fyi if you're looking for quick lunches for work. Gardenburger makes a very good meatless spaghetti and meatballs frozen dinner. Super yummy.

I just set myself up on Fitday, thanks to Shopgirl82 .  I think it will help me be a little more realistic - it seems like normally I either way undereat without realizing it, or way overconsume calorie-wise and not realize it (like when we go out to dinner and stuff).  Also good to see things broken down into carbs/fat/protein ratio.  Yeah!

B:  1 hardboiled egg white, banana, orange juice

S:  1 piece WW toast w/ 1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, water

L:  diet soda, spinach salad w/tomatos, beans, onion, beets, parmesan, egg white

S:  apple, 2 chocolate chip cookies, water

D:  Amy's burrito, steamed asparagus, iced tea

S:  Yogurt

E:  Free weights - arms.  Lunges/pilates for legs.  Crunches.

According to Fitday, that's 1450 calories
