I am currently reading "Like Water For Chocolate".  I'm about halfway through it.  It's a quick read and is good.  Anyone else read it?

I read it in high school, when my English teacher recommended it to me. I really liked it. There's also a movie, in case you were interested in watching it.

I read the book and saw the movie. It was several years ago. I remember getting teary eyed during the movie! I enjoyed it.

Its an excellent book an often shows up on our library's HS reading lists. I loved the book and thought that Esquivel was a great writer.


I saw the movie but honestly I don't care much for movies after I have read the book.
