I wanted to resurrect this topic 'cause i've been feeling a little puffy and want to drop a couple pounds, but also maintain a fitness routine. The first of the month always gets me motivated for self improvement.


E-Strength workout


B-Waffle and coffee


s-Yogurt, Pear, Applesauce


L/D-McDonalds ranch salad, chocolate pudding
