I bought their Ranch Salad on Saturday it was really, really good (bacon and cheese)and filling and only 260 calories. You can also choose a free 15 min workout dvd (core, yoga, strength, and cardio) if you buy a water or med. drink with it. I did the strength workout this morning and it surpsisingly kicked my butt!

It's 9 grams (I got it with grilled chicken, you can also get it with crispy chicken).

Here's a link to all the nutritional info:

I've sworn off Mickey D's, but I am intrigued by a new commercial they have out advertising Newman's Own Organic iced coffee.  Did you happen to see that on the menu?

i don't mean to be debbie downer, but i remember reading how McDonald's salads weren't good.  In Self Magazine they had a section where it compared a salad w/dressing to a small fries, and hamburger and the fries and burger was better for you because the dressing has such a high fat and calorie content.  Just an FYI...

according to Calorieking...

one serving of ranch dressing is 170 cal. and 15 grams of fat.  PLUS the salad (260 cal. and 9 grams of fat).

so the salad by it's self may not be bad, but when you add the serving of dressing it adds a lot more.

i just thought you should know....

I tried the Asian Grilled Chicken salad today.. it was yummy...! Has snow peas and edamame... yum.. Only used a lil bit of the dressing.. Seemed kinda pricey though for a salad $4.29.. I really need to get off my lazy butt and make some myself!
