I bought the waste basket, tissue box cover, and tank tray.  Just what I wanted and you really can't beat closeout prices!

Charter Club

I think I bought plenty of stuff in the month of May, so all of June I am putting myself on a shopping ban.  So there should be no posts from me for a whole month!

I like your purchases!  I've never heard that shoe rule.  Hey, if they are great shoes why not?!!  I've done it, I'm sure mostly everybody has too!

I went thrifting today.

I got this embroidered cardigan for $2

And then these weird little star-shaped trays that I'm going to use on my vanity.

Kitty- your little trays are really cute.

That's what I like about thrifting, you can find some really unique things. I went Friday to one just down the street (while running other errands) and I found a cute maroon bag with hawaiian flowers but nothing else great this time.

Very Cute! I like the shirt w/Bambi (the deer) on it! So whimsical:)

I've never  --isn't it geared towards Juniors? Do the clothes run fairly small? If your are normally about a 4/6 or size 29...do you have to order up? Same with Forever 21.

Are the clothes well -made or is it comparable to a Deb Shop. (ugh! I will never shop the latter..their clothes are so cheap & hooker-like..no offense)

i happen to be delia's number one fan...when it comes to tshirts and tanks. i have a slight addiction to thier animal print tops and have never had a problem with the quality of that. however, other tops/sweaters are a bit iffy sometimes which is why i tend not to order that type of stuff. i order a large which is about what i am in many things, but for almost everything else i would definitly size up as it is juniors.

f21 is hit or miss as well, definetly when shopping online. i order a large in thier stuff as well. i try to go, same as with delias, knit tops or tshirts and not the supposedly dressier stuff. i find that the more casual stuff is generally nicer, perhaps because the dressier stuff usually requires more stitching and fitting.

having said all that...i have brick and mortar stores of the above two within a half hour which is why i don't have too many problems with ordering online from there. i can quite easily return anything that isn't quite up to par. if this wasn't the case and would have to return items through the postal service, i probably wouldn't order as much from these sites. notice also that i didn't mention pants...those defintely are a try-on before purchase type thing and i very rarely buy pants online from those two sites or from anywhere unless i have bought from the company before in the exact same fit and style.

does this help a little? if you're curious still on the clothing items...do a advanced search on here under threadstyle postings only and for those two names...see what pops up. it might help you to gauge the clothing to see what sort of outfits we all have come up with.

hth!

The skirt is too cute!click for larger viewThe cargo's are much cuter in person.  I also got the green.  The cotton side tie tunics were $2.99 (borrowed the pics from ebay since they are no longer on the website).

Thanks for the info. I checked out Delia's and some of the brands they have in t-shirts like Local Celeb & Doe are known to me. I guess you just have to see what you get & return if you don't like? I like the animal print shirts, and if I bought anything...it would be shirts. I still have my faves in jeans & dresses & so forth & won't wander from the brands I love...but these shirts are fairly well - priced. Thanks

There's a JCREW Code if you order this that expires 5/31/06 for $20 off $100...so if you buy this dress..you can save...supposedly code # is "May-580"

I did use that code!  I was so psyched to find it, I searched online forever finding old codes before I stumbled on it.  It really helps when the shipping alone is $13!
