I ordered a Hayden-Harnett bag from Mightyflirt.com (see "toasts & roasts" post) and was billed for it (May 2nd) and the order has still not shipped. My credit card bill will be coming soon, with the charge on it.
Here is the question: What do I do when it comes time to pay my CC bill, assuming the bag still hasn't come? Do I pay the CC bill and hope the bag comes? I still want the bag, otherwise I would cancel my order b/c I don't like Mightyflirt's customer service.
TIA

When did you order the bag? Isn't it most places policy not to charge for an item unless it's shipped? Is there a possibility it won't ship, that makes no sense to me if they charged you...
Can you call MF and ask them to remove the charge on your card until the the bag ships? According to their website, they're all about great CS (I know you beg to differ!) so if they want to live up to their supposed reputation, they *should* do that for you....

Yes, most places don't charge till they ship, but Mightyflirt.com charges once they get the order. I've ordered something from them before without incident, and they charged before shipment also.
I ordered the bag the last day of April and the order was officially received by customer service on Tuesday May 2nd. My CC was also charged then. They said it would be about 1.5 weeks till the bag shipped. It's been 3.5 weeks now.
