It seems that I keep seeing (have been for a while) all this ocean inspired wear...so, how does this work? I live in MN, no where near H20 (well not an ocean...but 10000 lakes) ...

It works.  I guess the way about wearing it is different depending where you are going and if you are east coas or west coast.  But anyways, I saw the cutest little outfit on ebay today:
