I did horribly this weekend and need to get back on track. I was doing soooo good for like 3 weeks and then just completely blew it.

b: 100 cal wheat thins (2)
l: leftover cantonese scallops w/ a little brown rice (5), dunkaroos (3)
d: veggie burger w/soy cheese (2), corn on the cob (2), salad, oven reds (3)

e: strength and toning DVD.

B: string cheese


S: string cheese


L: almonds (I'm leaving early so I don't want to go home for lunch)


S: more almonds - bad but no lunch so calorie wise, probably okay


D: whole wheat pizza with soy cheese - hopefully yum! anyone had pizza with soy cheese? i never have as of yet


E: none. finally get a date night with the boy and don't want to interrupt it with silly working out!
