gained weight-need a dress or cardi that covers arms to elbow

any ideas? I have a graduation to go to, and I gained some weight over the last six months so I am really self-concious about leaving my arms bare- any ideas for dresses or skirt with top outfits for this predicament? (maybe elbow length cardigans?) thanks so much!

this dress featured in this week's stitch might work for you... it also comes in brown.  I have it in black and it's very flattering with the empire waist, but there's only 4 left at smart bargains.  The grey or brown version shown below is available at Nordstom:

Forever21 carries a very similar dress too. That was the first dress that came to my mind too!
