So I just bought these Fafi designed adidas sneakers. They are leather but also have suede and a satiny material on the outside toe of the shoe. How in the world would I care for these? I was going to buy a leather protector spray but don't know how it will affect the satin material. I want to try to keep these nice...and waterproof. I already checked the adidas site but no help. Grr.

I'm not sure how leather protectant would affect satin, but could you spray the protectant on a rag or cotton puff and then apply it?

at aldo shoes they have a leather lotion thing.  if you use that then you can just apply it on the leather parts.  im not too certain about whether or not its waterproof, i think it is waterproof since the leather spray is.
