I am a huge fan of any and all Neutrogena lotions.  They have some fabulouse tinted moisturizers in light or medium that come in SPF 30 and SPF 45.  You can't go wrong; they aren't greasy and don't cause breakouts, plus they're relatively cheap.

I am going to second Neutrogena...best moisturizer from the durgstore. I used to use the Healthy Defense tinted SPF 30 moisturizer and it was really nice. I changed because I'm on an acne-clearing regimen, but I'm using the oil free moisture with SPF 15 and I love it just as much.
