please- help find a blouse for mom

i'm looking for a blouse for my mom- cotton, silk, linen or some combination of those- to use under lab coats for work and with khakis on the weekend



i like this top- but she doesn't want white or prints- any suggestions? i would like it to have some structure, but not be a boring button down, know what i mean? thanks all!
(no puff sleeves- but short and long sleeved are both ok)

That top comes in some other colors.  I remember navy was featured in the catalog.
