I went to a baby shower on Saturday & this girl was carrying the prettiest yellow bag. I thought it was a Bulga but I can't find it anywhere. It was kind of half moon shaped, it was studded & it had braided accents - maybe the handles were braided? Now I'm not so sure because I've looked at so many Bulga pictures trying to find it. The leather just looked so rich & I was reassessing my pledge not to pay a lot of money for a bag.

Mostly like this but it had some braided parts

Help! Not sure why though - so then I can fume over it because I can't afford it????

Is it a Luba J handbag? They have gorgeous details like studs and braiding-

It's none of these either...maybe it was a fake! I'm starting to think it was Bulga at all. But the leather did look rich - maybe I just don't know what I'm talking about - which is also entirely possible.

I wonder if she'd think I was nuts if I asked the hostess to ask her - they are friends! And I did comment on her bag - and she told me she had been checking out my shoes.....

Thank ya'll for looking though...it's just driving me crazy!

That really sounds like a Botkier I wanted last year.  I'll try to find a pic...


ETA, found the old post:





Was it anything like this? Botkier had a lot of similarly styled bags in that color last spring.
