i haven't but my dad spoke highly of it and i needed to get my carpet cleaned recently, so i looked into it but it was really expensive. I used Sears b/c I had a coupon and they did the 4 rooms and a hall for $139 or something

I never heard of them before.  I had Sears clean our carpets before moving in to our house.  It was amazing what they did!  I thought my office carpet was trash but they got even craft paint out!
