I have wore this top once.  I still like it but Iam feeling it does not look right on me since it real flowy and such or maybe since Mrs flow is here nothing seems right Please be honsent  can I pull it off? I put my silver heels with it b/c they are the only shoes I have that goes.

I think it looks great in outfit #1. I don't think the white shorts work at all in outfit #2.

I like outfit 1...to offset the flowy-ness, you can pair it with slimmer pants and jeans. Outfit 2 doesn't give enough credit to your great figure.

#1 looks great! I love the shoe and top color combo. When I wear flowy tops I often wear a hoodie over to reel in the flowyness (not that you need to, just sayin').

I think you look uber-cute in #1. You have great shoulders and arms and that shirt really show them off. I think you can wear the silver flats or the heels with it. Either would seem fine.
