Happy May Day !  I am back on the bandwagon this week - still a little stuffy from the cold I had all weekend, but I'm going to power through!  I even bought a set of hand weights this weekend - I had been using fives but upgraded to eights.


B:  Coffee, oatmeal w/1 Tbsp of ground flaxseed


S:  1/2 C cottage cheese, banana


L:  Homemade salmon patty over spinach salad, apple, carrots, tea


S:  1/4 C blueberries, small handfull of sunflower seeds, tea


D:  Veggie-stuffed baked sweet potatoes, spinach salad


E:  30 min modified HIIT workout, 15 min free weights

I am trying to combat not being able to work out by sticking to just 1400-1600 cals a day.

Morning girls!  I just got back from training and over an allergy infested weekend.


B: kashi go lean crunch with skim milk & blackberries (3 pts)


L: chicken noodle soup (3 pts), ff yogurt (2pts) and apples w/carmel (1pt)


D: chicken junk salad (3 pts chicken, 2 pts dressing, 6 pts toppings)


E: unsure.  cardio for 40 mins or 30 min exercise video.

wow, early start today huh?

L: light wheat bread (2) with FF turkey breast (1), bacon (.5), and some avacado (.5)
rice krispie treat (2)


D: grilled shish kabobs (steak (4-ish), mushrooms, peppers, onions, pineapple (1)), couscous w/tomato and cucumber (3), grilled corn on the cob (1)


E: try to get in an hour of tennis.
