Happy Friday for the. longest. week. ever!


B: Egg whites and chicken


S:  Almonds


L:  Grilled Salmon and spinach


D:  I have been craving a hamburger, so I'm going to try to find one tonight.    Probably at Fuddrucker's


E:  none...I had set my alarm to get me up for a spinning class, but I just turned it off and went back to sleep.  And I feel so guilty.


But it felt so GOOOD to sleep in!

D: going out tonight so hopefully a good amount of wine.


E: none - going out instead. bad but I'll do stuff on Saturday and Sunday to make up for it.


on a side note, they had an ice cream cake at work today. I really wanted a piece but since I decided last week not to be addicted to food anymore, I declined. I'm so proud.

Well, now I'm freakin' sick, so no cardio AGAIN for me today.  Will do some work with my pilates band at least.


B:  Oatmeal, coffee


S:  Banana, tea, tea, tea


L:  Leftover WW penne w/ homemade chunky veggie sauce, couple pieces of WW baguette


S:  Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, tea, tea, tea


D:  Homemade mexican tomato soup, quesadillas

I'm going to start eating well and doing some kind of exersize again, so I'm joining in on these posts.

B: Grapenuts with fat free yogurt.

L: Kashi with fat free milk, pear.

D: Whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce.

S: Piece of whole wheat peanut butter toast.

E: None, I have a huge paper to write.
