I was just in Forever21 and they had tons of hoodies in girly prints. Not sure if that's what you mean, though.

i got a TON at forever 21.  also urban had some girly ones and i got some random ones from Active Endeavors and Shopintuition.  honestly, i wear the f21 and UO ones the most (and my grail, but that's not really girly).

Anthropologie has a few that are more feminine than most.
I'm current obsessed with this one:
, but it doesn't have a hood. I also think it's crazy expensive for a sweatshirt, but maybe that's because it's out of my price range right now. I LOVE it, though.
