Does anyone else here swap makeup on makeup alley? Just curious. I just started doing it and was wondering what your experiences with it were.

I just looked at the site, it looks like you swap used makeup/products? That would scare me... you could get pink eye or something! I don't like to keep my personal beauty products too long because I'm afraid of germs, and none of my friends even ever use them so it's all my germs!

Can you swap perfumes? I wouldn't be to opposed to that, but the makeup does sound a little gross. But I have all these perfumes that my mom gets from work (name brands, very expensive) And I would love to sell or swap them.

You swap anything and everything from perfumes to clothes to jewelry. Also, a lot of the stuff is brand new. You can search for makeup that is specifically new and never been used. In fact a lot of the swappers won't swap with you or you with them unless the items are new and not used. Plus some swappers request "other arrangements" which means they want Paypal, so with all of those perfumes I imagine you could make some money.


I was just wondering if anyone does this.

It seems like kind of a pain in the arse. I haven't swapped yet, but someone requested one of my items. I went to the requesters swap list and she didn't have anything I want, plus I don't know how to determine what is a "fair" swap.


I wish I just had a teenage sister that I could give unwanted products to.
