I have a couple different weddings coming up in the next three months and I am stuck on what to give as presents.  I am not feeling very creative at the moment but would like to not really do the typical toaster type gifts.  If anyone has any creative, fun suggestions/ideas it would be appreciated.  TIA!

Do any of the couples have registries?  As boring as some of the things on them may seem, I'd stick to that and then maybe add your own little 'extra'.  Like if you got them a crock pot you could throw in a crock pot cook book and maybe dry ingredients for some soup or something.


As someone who is getting married very soon, I'd rather receive the smallest, most mundane registry item rather than other stuff that may or may not be useful to us.
