Quick fixes for breakout
Permalink Closed

Over the past few days, my face has broken out like crazy. The spots are the big ugly kind. I have started using Retin A again (I had stopped because I got sick of putting it on and my face was so clear-so stupid!), but am looking for a quick way to make my face look a little better by tomorrow. I have a big interview. Any suggestions? TIA!

Aspirin Mask!!!  Hermione's 'spoon trick' for any real big cyst-like ones (freeze spoon, press on spot, repeat)!!!  Cortisone cream!!!

apply an ice cube directly on the large zits.  It should help them shrink down some.  Also toothpaste might work - apply on zit.  Should dry them out.

For tomorrow - base with concealer on top of the base to cover the redness.  Good Luck I'm sure part of it is just nerves and stress and it isn't as bad as you think

I think I saw something on tv about this little heat tool.  It heats up enough to kill the bacteria, and the next day the blemish is gone.

Courtney - it's called a Zeno.  I don't have one yet, but I'm working on it.  They retail for $225, and the ones on ebay have been going for $175 or so.
