Where is everyone?


B: pb sandwich (4 points)


L: South Beach chicken ceasar wrap (5 points) Aurora - I figured them to be 5 points. You figured them at 3? Which is right? 230 cals, 4+g fiber, 10g fat. Right?


S: 100 calorie snack (2 points)


D: mashed potatoes & peas (6 points); maybe some wine or ice cream for extra points.


E: 45 minute walk + 4.5 mile walk - dang! that's a lot of walking. i better lose some weight this week fo' sure!

Hmm Blubirdie I used my Dotties Desktop calculator to figure out the points.  Maybe they don't cap the fiber in the calculator??  I know they use to not cap fiber so you could have even lower point values.  I like 3 so I'm sticking with that


B: Kashi Go Lean Crunch w/ skim milk and blackberries (3pts)


S: Red Bull (I can't sleep at night but have to stay up during the day) (2pts)


L: SB wrap - turkey bacon without the mayo (I got 3 pts again - prob the fiber coming into play), chips and salsa (3pts)


D: orange rosemary pork chops (haven't figured out the points yet but I don't think it will be over 6), salad


E: 20 mins running, 20 mins walking

B:  Kashi Heart to Heart, OJ, and green tea


S:  Yogurt


L:  Leftover shrimp w/ 2 corn pancakes, Limonata soda


S:  Diet Coke, dried apricots


D:  Something to do with the pork chops I bought yesterday and probably some ice cream for dessert


E:  I've been working around the house for a good chunk of the day just finishing painting the bookshelf and then reassembling it.  I've done some arm weights and I'll do some squats and situps too.
